Could Nausea And Vomiting Be Due To Pregnancy?

I am 20 years old and I have a 1 year old son but I think I am pregnant I have been having nausea and I have been vomiting but I got my period earlier than I was suppose to can I still be pregnant and the period is about the same maybe a little less than usual

Hi dear absence of periods is the sign of pregnancy, If you have got the periods it is highly suggestive of no pregnancy but early periods indicates hormonal imbalance. I advise you to get the FSH,LH and progesterone level checked and Ultrasound under gynaecologist observation. I advise for progesterone pills but only under observation.
