Could Nausea And Fatigue Be Due To Pregnancy?

I had my tubes tied 15 years ago and for the last week I have been nausea, dry heaving at night as well as fatigued . My period is not due til sept 11th. Should I wait to test then ? My last 4 pregnancies never showed up on urine test and took 7 weeks to show up on blood test.

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. In the current scenario, since you have been sterilized, chances of conception are very low. This could be symptoms of a premenstrual phase. Yet, in view of your previous history, I would ask you to have a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the situation. You can thus get to know the status of the pelvic organs. Please see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
