Hello dear
Understand your concern
yes missing periods and cramps be due to pregnancy. If you had unprotected sexual intercourse in the fertile period of cycle and Missed period or delayed period by 10-12 days from your normal period suggestive most probably pregnancy.
Other symptoms of pregnancy are nausea, tiredness, craving of foods, breast engorgement, darkening of areola and nipple.
But this presumptive should be cross checked by confirmation of pregnancy by urine pregnancy test 10-12 days after delayed period.
Best tool to confirm pregnancy is USG scan by visualizing yolk sac in uterus.
If absence of pregnancy it may be symptoms of premenstrual syndrome or hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
