Could Missed Periods With Headache And Nausea Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi I have pcos my doctor recommended metformin I lost weight and I never had a period two months now I had sex about three weeks now and I am having a a lot of headaches nausea clear thick discharge and sore breast for a week is there any chance I could be pregnant

I understand your query & concern.
Yes, delayed periods with breast soreness ,nausea can be indication of pregnancy.and is possible even in PCOS due to spontaneous ovulation following Metformin..
Still it needs to be confirmed by blood HCG test because PCOS can itself cause such symptoms - due to hormonal imbalance
