Could Lower Abdominal Pain Be Caused By Ectopic Pregnancy?
hi i m 25 year old newly married ,5 month
before i have a actopic surgery ,after the surgery i have pein in my lower abdoman so doctor suggest me to do ultrasound in ultrasound report we found mimimal free fluid present in pouch of dougles pelvic inflammantory disease
l have also policistyc overy but in actopic pregnancy surgry doctor do overian drilling thats why at present overy is normal showing in report
doctor dont clearify what does it mean pls help me and do response on my situation

Hi,I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Ectopic pregnancy means pregnancy outside of uterus at any whear. You have PID means pelvic inflamatory disease ,it is not ectopic pregnancy it is a inflamatory condition for that fluid collection occured at pouch of douglas.
