Hi,

Vertigo can be a possible cause of light-headedness and fatigue, but there are many other potential causes as well. It is important to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Some other possible causes of light-headedness and fatigue include:
* Anemia: A lack of iron in the blood can cause fatigue and light-headedness.
* Dehydration: Dehydration can cause fatigue, light-headedness, and dizziness.
* Hypoglycemia: Low blood sugar can cause fatigue, weakness, and light-headedness.
* Hypotension: Dizziness, lightheadedness, and fatigue are some of the symptoms of low blood pressure.
* Anxiety: Anxiety can cause dizziness, light-headedness, and fatigue.
* Medications: Certain medications can cause dizziness, light-headedness, and fatigue as side effect.
* Thyroid problems: Thyroid disorders can cause fatigue, weakness, and light-headedness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
