Could Itchy Vagina And Anus With Purplish, Raised Anal Opening Indicate Pinworms?
Hi I am really itchy in my vagina and anal area. My opening to anal area looks purple and a lil raised but there not huge like hemorrhoids. I m freaking out about pinworms although I haven t seen any. It feels really itchy at night and like something is crawling into vagina but I could be over thinking

From history it seems that you might be having worm infestation giving rise this problem.
During night time worms come out and migrate towards vagina.
Go for anti-helminth tablet course like Albendazole.
Keep local hygiene clean.
Keep your hand nails well cut and clean.
After passing stool wash local part from front behind.
Ok and take care.
