Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Your symptoms are not indicative of a pregnancy but may occur when one is pregnant.

As you had your period a little over a week back, there is no way you can be pregnant yet unless there was a miscalculation in dates or ovulation was delayed.
If your period was normal and on time, then you are not pregnant.

Altered/improper dietary habits and dehydration are more likely the cause for your troubles.
I recommend :
-regular healthy meals
-about 2.5to 3 liters of water a day (gradually increase)
-avoid ready made food, refined grains and processed food.

If it persists for more than a week or worsens, consult your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
