Could I Be Pregnant With Missing Period?

Hi there I have missed m period this month and it has been 2 days now and the test show neg so does this mean I am not pregnant. I never miss my perio I have it regularly I have been trying to get pregnant fr a year now and was going to be sent to fertility clinic so I was just wondering if I have became pregnant

Thanks for the query.

The chances of pregnancy are always there if you miss a period and earlier periods were regular. A urine test will usually detect pregnancy 7-10 days after the missed period. So it is early to be detected by urine test. If you do not want to wait for next 7 days, get a blood test done [serum beta HCG] for early detection.
