Could I Be Pregnant Even After Negative Pregnancy Tests?
i am having lower abdominal pain for more than 3 weeks, i am now 2 weeks late on my period, i feel very tired now a days, and few drop of blood was spotted last week monday (14/05/2012), i did a blood test yesterday but came back negative.. could i still be pregnant?

As post 2 weeks of periods and urine pregnancy kit test negative then I would suggest to do ultrasound of pelvis to rule out gestational sac.
So consult your gynecologist for this report.
