Could Dizziness Have Been Caused By Low Blood Sugar?

Yesterday evening I felt weak, dizzy and thought it might below blood sugar. Around 3a.m. I woke up with severe abdominal pain, had pressure on my chest and felt dizzy. Since that time I have had diarrhea being, held in check with Pepto Bismal. The chest pain persisted until about 11 am when I took one Bayer aspirin. I have taken one more aspirin since the first one. I am still weak, exhausted and feel unsteady walking around our house.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I suggest that you seek medical care immediately. While dizziness can be a side effect of low blood sugars, the addition of chest pressure makes a heart issue very concerning. Nausea, dizziness and chest pressure can all be signs of a heart attack. Do not delay. See a physician or go to Emergency today
Regards
