Could Discomfort Along The Waist Line Be Due To Misalignment Of Bones?
Yes. I have had for a year or two, an annoying discomfort towards my back about waist level on the left side. Any suggestions what might be causing this? I was told a year ago by a massage therapist that it is because my body is not in proper alignment. Thoughts?
Annoying discomfort on your left side can be due to bony problems for which it's preferable to get an x-ray of the Dorso-lumbar spine and Lumbo-sacral spine done.
If these comes out to be normal,i would like you to get an x-ray of the KUB to rule out any kidney and bladder problems which may also be causing you the same. Meanwhile, you can opt for physiotherapy and putting on a lumbar belt along with some amount of rest for relief. Avoid lifting heavy weights and bending forward. Visit an orthopedician if these measures do not help.
