hi dr very good afternoon, my freind is a diabitic patient last 3 yeras ago.he is 50yers old,he felt always tied,nervous ness.plz tell me what are its remedy to recover.my another question is he is a sexy person daily sex with his wife can it affect?

Diabetes definitely can cause tiredness and nervousness.
This can only be controlled by proper sugar control. Sex usually does cause these. But too much of sex, like too much of exercise can cause tiredness. But the reason in your friend's issue may be of bad sugar control.
Regular medication and good diet control could definitely help him.
