What Causes Tiredness , Gastritis And Stomach Pain?

hello doctor, i am having bloating around throat and i guess it is beacuse GERD. my symptoms are : fainting , tiredness (especially eyes),nervousness,gas,loss of apetite, stomach pain now a days.can GERD cause nervousness and anxiety? please help me i m not able to convince my doctor that when i m having acidity ,nervousness and anxiety comes to me. really worried from stomach problem.

I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
this could be gastritis, peptic ulcer or stomach cancer hiatus hernia
if you can upload me a complete medical history I will be able to guide you better

you should consult your GP for recording of blood pressure and base line investigations

meanwhile you can take omeprazole group of drugs with antacids
avoid smoking and alcohol
have plenty of fluids, fresh fruits milk and juices
avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
