Could Delayed Periods With Orange Discard In Stools And Dull Pain In Front Pelvic Area Suggest Pregnancy?

Had to go to the rest room and had a orange discard in poop. Also been dull pain in front pelvic. Period just changed from 28 days in sept to 32 days in Oct now awaiting for it to arrive on the 32 day, which is Sunday. Could I be pregnant or something else?

No. I don't think that this condition can be due to pregnancy. This condition can be due to stomach infection also. Hence, at first I will suggest you to have a urine pregnancy test done. Also, take antispasmodic drotaverine for cramping pain.
