Could Cramps With Delayed Periods Post Intake Of Nordette Pill Indicate Pregnancy?

My GF and I had sex last June 6. I pulled out ling before ejaculating. She took Nordette 36 hours after we did it and had the 2nd dose 14 hours later. Last June 15, she had her period. We had sex again last June 29, again, pulling out long before ejaculating. This time she took Nordette 12 hours after we did it and the 2nd dose 12 hours after as well. For the past 3 days she has been experiencing cramping but no blood. Is this a sign that she could be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to pregnancy if the pregnancy is doubtful then it need to be ruled out with ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
