Hi there,
I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) You must be aware that precum - pre ejaculation secretions do contain some sperms. And in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle.

3 ) If you has unprotected sex act in the fertile period of cycle then you can get pregnant.

4 ) But as per your history, you have taken the emergency contraceptive pill. i pill. This pill is almost 95% times effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
As per your history, you have consumed I pill twice so this delay in getting the periods cam be due to the progesterone hormone in the I pill.

I pill is known to have erratic withdrawal bleeding, it can be early or late, and it can be heavy and scanty.

5) As you have mentioned that you have taken i pill twice and your periods are delayed , I will suggest you toget morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. If it is negative then you can simply wait for the onset of periods.

6) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

7) Lastly, I will suggest you to get proper sex counselling done. Use of barrier method like Condom is advisable to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
