Could Consumption Of Papaya Be The Cause Of Early Period?

dec 9 I had my normal periods.but for more than a month I had papaya n dry fruits without even knowing its side effecs.i got my periods again on 21st dec.is it because of papaya.i consulted my doctor.he said it happens.nothing to wory.but I m curious to know whether it happened because of papaya.becoz my periods were very normal these years.really appreciate if you could reply.

Yes, papaya as a fruit is quite heaty and can easily influence the menstrual cycle. For the same reason the fruit is also advised against during pregnancy.

But your early period is nothing to worry about, drink plenty of water and try to consume milk and dairy products, cucumbers, salads, etc.
