Could Consumption Of Over Dosage Of Loratadine Be A Matter Of Concern?

I accidentally took 2 equate allergy relief Loratadine tablets, 10 mg Antihistamine 24 hour relief pills. On the back it clearly states 1 tablet daily; not more than 1 tablet in 24 hours . I started feeling horrible (extreme headache, low fever , nausea, dizzy, tired but cant sleep) so i went to check the bottle after a couple hours (5 to be exact) after taking it to see what it could have done and that s when I saw the 1 in 24 hours part. Am I going to be okay or should I go to the doctor? Please note that I am a 14 year old girl only weighing 140 pounds who also takes Concerta for my ADHD

Loratadine is a anti histaminic drug mainly used for allergic reaction. Usual dose for adult is 10 mg/day. As per your explanation, you have taken more dosage than usual dose, so you get overdose reaction.
My advise is consult doctor immediately and explain about your overdose and take advise to relieve from overdose reactions.
In future be careful about dose of any drug and take drug dosage as prescribed.
