Could Chest Pain Be Due To A Heart Attack?

I was having chest pain today around and under my breast I had an ecg and it was normal but I am still very worried I had to leave the hospital before I saw a doctor and am now worried even more, my anxiety about heart attacks happening out of nowhere is awful

Well first of all I would like to ask you to relax as not all chest pain will lead to heart attack. It might be physiological.
Kindly mention which side of your chest are you feeling pain?
Did your pain radiate towards your left arm and forearm?
Have you felt breathless during your chest painThere are few more investigations which you can get them done- liver function function test, kidney function test, lipid profile.
After these test seek your cardiologist.
