Could Burning Urination Be Due To Scraped Vaginal Wall?

Hi, I had a yeast infection from antibiotics (I assume) and I have had a total hysterectomy about 5 years ago. I treated the infection, it went away but when I used the tool to insert the medicine I scraped the inside of my vaginal wall and started to bleed a little bit. That was a few days ago and the infection is gone. However, during intercourse and afterward when urinating it was very painful and burned. Could it be I just irritated the scrape and my hormones are messed up? Should I give it a couple days and see if it continues?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thank you for your question. If you scraped the vaginal wall near the opening of the urethra then it could be from that. However, if you have burning with urination it could also be a urinary tract infection. It is best to see a doctor and have your urine checked as soon as possible.
Thanks for using HCM.
