Could Bumps On Head, Slight Headache And Sleepiness After Fall And Hard Hit On Head Concerning?

2 nights ago i slipped and fell in my apartment. my legs came out from under me and i really hit the right side of the crown area of my head hard. I had a few glasses of wine and i was a little buzzed, so i was dizzy and a nauseaus, but i figured that was due to the wine. I did vomit, but only that night. I have 2 bumps on my head, a slight headache and am sleepy still. should i be worried about a concussion?

Thanks for query on HCM.
2 bumps indicate soft tissue injury and collection of blood inside.
Mild headache is also due to head injury and concussion of brain.
You should start nsaid with serratiopeptidase to subside swelling and haemetoma.
You can apply nsaid gel on it.
Ice application will be helpful.
If it persists then consult your family physician for further guidance and medical management.
