Could Bloating, Cramps And Nausea Be Due To Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex a week ago and last night I got severe heartburn along with bloating and mild cramps on the right side of my abdomen that went into my lower back. Today I am nauseous after eating. I am not due for my period for another week. Is it possible that I m pregnant?

See, heartburn, bloating and mild cramps in abdomen are not sign of pregnancy.
It can be the sign of infection. If these symptoms are troublesome, then u need to consult ur doctor. And if ur period does not come on time, then get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
