Could Autoimmune Blood Disease Be Due To Leukemia?

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune blood disease a couple days ago. I was referred to see an oncologist on Monday. I am just wondering is it likely that it is Leukemia, or what could it possibly be. I don't know if this is helpful but I also had a positive ANA test.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your autoimmune disease is not due to leukemia. It is due to auto immunity. You should go for complete ANA profile test. It will give you exact type of autoimmune disease whether it is SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, mixed connective tissue disease or something else. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Steroids are the treatment of choice.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
