Could Neutropenia Be Related To Celiac Disease?

Chronic Benign Neutropenia since Spring 2009. Bone Marrow Biopsy & Spleen Ultrasounds negative. Diagnosed with Lyme Disease in August 2014, Celiac Disease in September 2014. Latest CBC with diff shows WBC of 2.4 Neutrophils of 300. Dr. keeps saying it s just Chronic Benign Neutropenia. Could the Neutropenia be related to the Celiac?
