Could I Be Pregnant Even After Bleeding?

I haf sex recently and its been bout 1.5 months since I had my baby delivery....we dis not use protection nd he came in me....I took an ipill thr next day by 11am..a few days later I got something like a period lasting 7 days.....as it was the first bleedibg after the nornal post pregnancy bleeding im confused. Could I still get pregnant after all this??
