General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern regarding the efficacy of Humira in the treatment of migraine headaches.

Humira is not recommended to help to reduce migraine headaches.

Humira (Adalimumab) is a biological agent which is approved in the treatment of various autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, psoariatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease.

Migraine is not an auto immune disease hence its efficacy in reducing the pain associated with migraine is not proved.

Hope this answers your query.
