Coughing, Running Nose, Fever, Given Crocin Syrup, Sinarest AF Rhine Nose Spray, Recofast. Suggestion?

hi my son age is 2yr 3 month.he has coughing, running nose and fever persists. His appetite has also gone down. Fever ranges from 99-100 deg C. he is suffering fever from last 5 days and we tried Crocin Syrup and some allergic medication like sinarest AF,Rhine nose spray .From today i added one more medicine Recofast...plz suggest me....

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
your son is suffering from URTI
you can use only sinarest (not sinarest AF) 5ml 3 times daily
give steam inhalation if possible
squeeze karvol applicaps on a hand kerchief and make him smell
use an atibiotic like amoxycillin with cavulanate 2 times daily
if no improvement within 2-3 days consult pediatrician
