Coughing, Headache And Irritation In Eyes After Inhaling Bleach. What Should I Do?

I cleaned with 1 cup of bleach mixed with probably 1 gallon of water the window was open but i did not wear a mask. I have been coughing a lot but it is getting better. I have a headache but I think that is from the coughing. Also my eyes feel irritated Do you know if this should pass soon?

Yes you are suffering this due to inhalation of fumes of bleach.all you are supposed to do is stay away from the area where bleach is applied.Wash your hands and eyes thoroughly with soap and water. Drink a glass full of milk or water and try to take plenty of liquid.Go to the area where fresh air is present.If Cough does not subside then take salbutamol inhaler.Usually the symptom will subside within 24 hours,So do not worry.Take care.
