Cough, Rotten Smell From Inside While Breathing, Uncomfortable Feeling In Throat. Habit Of Smoking. Is This Possible Cancer?
Hello Doctor.
I am 32 yrs old male, smoke 20 cigarettes per day. For last 6 months, I feel uncomfortable in throat. I have cough for 1 month and now I internally feel foul/rotten smell from inside when I breathe out.
6 Months ago, I was feeling lot uncomfortable near voice-box or adam's apple, with pain in morning and hoarse voice. I had to continuously clear out my throat when speaking. That tortured me for 4 months around. Now pain has went off, still I feel a little uncomfortable in throat.
If this seems a lot like growing cancer, I will contact hospital immediately. Otherwise, I will consult a GP. Please suggest.

You should get an ENT consultation done .
You need to get done examination and Flexible naso-pharyngo-laryngoscopy to see from the nose to voice box.
There are more chances of a infective condition as you are young .
But still its better to get examined.
And most importantly stop smoking.
