Continuous Headache, Dizziness, Body Sore, No Cold Symptoms, BP Normal. Overweight But Active. Remedy?

I've had a headache now for two days and today I've started to get dizzy and off balance and it just feels weird to move my body around, kind of sore. I have no cold, or any symptoms of a cold or a temp. I don't take medication and my blood pressure is normal/low. I'm about 15lbs over weight but I do walk for 3-5 miles 3 times a week. So I'm in pretty good shape. I'm female and 65 yrs old. But very active.

Hi
thanks for your question.
Are you stressed?, have you ever checked your blood sugar? Do you have regular meals.
Try to relax your self, do breathing exercises and yoga. If no change in headache then see doctor for investigations like RBS, blood and urine analysis and further management.
Hope I answered your query
