Hello. There are various types of seronegative spondyloarthropathies
(ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis react, psoriatic arthritis ...).They are chronic pathologies but with right pharmacological treatment your symptoms will improve.I treat my patients with Aceclofenac 100 mg twice a day + Prednisone 30 mg per day when Spondylarthritis is the diagnosis. Please consult your local specialist for a prescription.I wish you good health.
