Consistently High Ca, And Low K Combined With Normal PTH

Consistently high Ca, and low K combined with normal PTH and decreasing GFR are the repeated blood test results. Now facing dialysis after four years of "watching" the decline of kidney function with no treatment. Is there a diagnosis? Or treatment ? We see nephrologist, urologist, oncologist (MGUS) . Just waiting for kidneys to totally fail so dialysis can start . Thank you.
