My boyfriend had conjestive heart failure in july and was hospitialized for about 4 days then his lungs were filling with fluid about a week ago and he was in the hospital for a few days. Hes always had high blood pressure but we just took his blood pressure and its 80 over 60. Hes taking a diuretic but he doesn't feel good should we be concerned?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

YES – this BP is low and it is a definite cause for concern
You should TAKE HIM TO the ER
He needs further assessment – with a view to look at the cause and complications / and assistance – drugs and dosages to be titrated.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
