Cluster Of Bumps On Toe Filled With Clear Fluid, Occasional Yellowish Pus. Cure?

Hi,

I had a manicure and pedicure about 1/12 year ago. Little red bumps appeared shortly after that. Little red bumps appeared around my thumbnail and one of my big toe. I have had no bumps on my thumb for a couple of months now, but I have a cluster of bumps on the tip of my toe and at the lower edge of the outside of my big toe. When poked with a needle, there seems to be a little clear fluid. Usually there is one that is sore when pressed and on occasion there has been a yellowish pus when squeezed. How do I get rid of them?
