my 8 month baby s stool examamination report consistency -semisolid puss cells 2/3/ HPF reducing substa-1.0% color -yellowish RBC 1-2/HPF occult blood absent reaction &ph -alkaline Mucus present+++ Ova -Absent bacteria present++ Cyst -Absent Yeast cells absent

That's a normal report. That is insignificant pus and RBC in stools. Don't worry, if your child is otherwise well its fine. Only concern is there is some bacteria present in the stools, it can be a contaminant, you can repeat it once again to be very sure there is no problem. Take care.
