Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The history suggests that your little boy is having a bacterial infection involving the respiratory system. Fever and cough for a week and progressing since last three days requires a consultation with a pediatrician at the earliest. You may give him repeat crocin but do take him and follow pediatrician's instructions. It might require a course of antibiotics. Please do not worry, he will be well soon.

Hope this helps
