Child Mouth Bleeding When Brushed, Sensitive Mouth. Cause And Cure?

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knowsabout child s mouth start to bleed quite heavily when getting their teeth brushed. He is 28m old and his mouth has been very sensitive in the last couple weeks. Could this be why? I never bumped his gums hard with the tooth brush , i just do a couple gentle swipes and boom! started to bleed. Anyone know why this is and if its normal? Thank You!

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
your child seems to have vitamin C deficiency.
Vitamin C deficiency manifests with many more symptoms like bone pain, perifollicular petechiae, gum bleeding etc...
if facilities are available get his vitamin C levels and supplement him with pappaya, lemon, tomatoes, guava, orange.
regards.
