Child Having Vomiting And Watery Stools With Horrid Smell. Should I Be Worried?

my son is 2 and a half. when he was a baby he had a very hard time digesting good without throwing it up or having diaherrea (sp). the problem now is that he is two, he still vomits at random but I'm more concerned that his poop still looks like baby poop. it's either very runny and watery or its grainy and pasty with a horrid smell. he poops about once every other day and the consistency I explained above is how it always is. should I be worried?

hello dear
thanks for your query at hcm.

Consistency of stool depends on food that we give to your child.
Watery consistency of stools is common in children now and then.
There is no need to worry its normal phenomenon.
You should be worried if there are any symptoms of fever, pus or blood in stools.
Give some fiber containing diet like banana, fruits, etc.
regards.
