Child Having Cough. Distended Stomach. Goes Back After Vomitting. Suggestions?

my son is 4 he gas had a cough continuesly for two weeks i took him sto the hospital they said he was fine check his breathing etc he was also vomitting however my main concern now is his belly goes huge like a pregnant women after hardly eating anything drinking frequently then he will vomit everything right back to his breakfast then his stomach will go vertually down i am very concerned that he might not be digesting anything please help

I would suspect intestinal obstruction in a kid having distension of abdomen and vomitings.......

Your kids needs to be investigated further for the cause ............

What is the color of the vomit.......
is it bile stained or not..........

Was he started on intravenous fluids or not as he is vomiting continuously
