Child Has Vomiting At Night. Bloating, Foul-smelling, Runny Stools
My daughter is 7. She vomits at night just one vomit and is then fine not sick or any other symptoms. The vomit is in digested and very thick and has a yeast smell. I have stopped giving white bread and bread products. This has stopped it but once her bread intake increases it happens again. She can be very bloated at times and have foul smelling runny stools

Ruling out Celiac disease and food allergy ;like lactose intolerance or gluten sensitivity may help.She needs to be examined and investigated by your doctor who can pinpoint and treat the cause.

her gastrointestinal system is upset
has she taken something rotten or from market?
I Advise you to give her lot of fluids and ORS
moniter her hydration status and urine output
deworm her
you can give her metronidazole after consulting your doctor
Add vegetables and fruits to diet
Avoid spicy and junk food
Consult your doctor for examination and investigating like stool routein investigations.
