Child Has Quick Breathing With Rib Movements. Levolin And Crocin Syrup. Had Cough, Stomach Ache, Vomiting And Headache. Suggestions?

my son is 7 yrs old .he has cough & running nose. I have given him Levolin syrup sine last 3 days.but today evening he complaint about stomach aching & and vomitted cough and headache, gave him 7.5ml crocin syrup.after that he slept for 4 hrs and feeling well but now he is breathing faster with ribs movement.please suggest.

Fast breathing and rib movements suggest LRTI
Better you consult a pediatrician immediately to rule out pneumonia
