Child Has Abdominal Pain, Loose Stool. Stool Test Showed Pus Cells. What Does The Report Show?

my 2 yrs old son complain me about the abdomen pain quickly after having meal and before release stool and i gave his stool for test,the result is as follows:
colour: brownist consistency: loose
blood: nil muscus: nil
pus cell: 2-4 HPF RBC: nil
protozoal parasite: none found
helminthes parasite: none found
can you please clear me what this report actually says ?

Hi,
Stool report shows that there is mild bacterial infection.
No worm infestation.
No amebic dysentery.
Ok and take care.
