Child Has ANA Positive, Swollen Elbow And Leg, Has Water Cyst. Is Something Wrong?

Hello ...my daughter got the ana positive 1:80...also her elbow is slowen for 5 months....we went in vacation and her left leg got slowen ...took her to the hospital and they told that she had a cyst of water that ...i am so worried that something is wrong with her? what do you undertand from it... also her x test are joint effusion ?
