Hi

Kids get frequent upper respiratory infections.
Is your kid attending a day care? Or do you have a elder kid who brings home infections from school?
In both of the above conditions, kids get frequent infections mostly respiratory.
Hope you have given him all the vaccines as per recommendations.
Apart from this, hand hygiene is important for all who handle food at home/ day care. Maintain good hygiene at home and his play area. Toys etc should be cleaned regularly.
And always give boiled and cooled water to prevent water borne infections.
Give him healthy food, that must contain pulses, cereals, vegetables, fruits, egg etc.
If he is gaining weight adequately for his age, you need not worry. After 4 to 5 yrs of age, the frequency of infections will come down.
Hope you find my answer useful.
