Child. Shot Record Shows Shots Given Double And Triple Times. Advice
Hi,
My dauggters dad had gotten are daughter her newborn shorts. 4months and 6 months. I was unaware of the 6months because he told me that he could remember she had none except the 4months.
So she is 4 1/2....and the doctor and I couldn't find previous shots so she did her six months and one yr. Then 3 months later a polio and a tb.
Then found her shot records from her old docter....and realize alot were doubled even trippled

Do not worry if the vaccinations have been repeated. They are not going to harm your daughter.
I suggest that it is always better to keep a proper documentation of the vaccination and illness records as I does not know when it may come handy.

Do not worry for what has happened. From now on maintain proper records and show it to the doctor who is treating her.
Please also mention in detail which vaccines were repeated. Some of the vaccines are normally repeated and booster doses are given as per normal schedule. So mention which vaccines were repeated.
