Chest X-ray Shows Suspicious Infiltrates. Impression Deferred. Apico-lordotic View Suggested. Meaning?

i had my chest X-RAY . The results say there are suspicious infiltrates in the right apical area obscured by overlying osseous structures. the rest of the lung fields are clear. The heart is not enlarged. The hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sineses are sharp and distinct. The bony thorax is within normal. However the impression says, Deferred. Suggest Apico-lordotic view. What does this mean?

Apico-lordotic view
It is a special chest x ray view for lesions of apical areas of both lungs which are not clearly seen on normal chest x rays due to overlying bony structures
