Chest Pain, Contraction In Heart Muscles, Moving To Left Arm. Due To Depression?

i have been very depressed for the last 10 days, i have started feeling pain in my chest ... it s like perhaps the heart or muscles beneath the chest bones is contracting... the pain starts from the center and moves towards my left arm . should i be concerned about this or this is just cause of the depression which i believe will take time before i start feeling normal again.

It may not be because of depression.

May be some problem related to chest, lungs or heart

First you should get evaluated by a physician and then think of depression

You should not neglect this without consulting a medicine specialist
