Cause Of Ear Pain And Buzzing Sound Causing Headache?

Hi sir,
I have a severe pain in right ear inside and this pain sometimes goes very higher and unbearable. also some buzzing sound comes when I stay in silence zone.
I ask an ENT specialist he said there is nothing in your ear he gave me few medicines but there are no effect of those medicines
Also this pain leads to pain on the right side of brain and jaw. it also leads to headache

Kindly suggest me what could be the problem and what action I should I take

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute Otitis Media giving rise all these symptoms with unbearable pain in the ear, buzzing and pain radiating to head, jaw.
you might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine for 5 days.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Do Vicks vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
