Hello,

As this is the effect of the DOMS ( delayed onset muscle soreness ) which happens to post any sport if played once a while.

Your shoulder blade pain is due to inflammation at the insertion of the Trapezius muscles and neck pain due to the origin of the Trapezius muscle.

Do hot water fermentation and by 3-4 days of the time the pain will be completely down.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
